Process Overview – Spine Treatment
At Texas Spine & Neurosurgery, our patients undergo a thorough initial evaluation, including a thoughtful review of their medical history, imaging studies and test results. We approach patient treatment with the most conservative therapy possible, given the patients’ individual set of symptoms and needs. The majority of our patients do not require surgery. We encourage our patients to take an active role in their own care, but always provide guidance regarding the optimal treatment options for them. In some cases, such as those involving spinal cord compression, neurologic deficit, or primary brain tumors, we provide cutting-edge surgical treatment of spinal disorders, and use minimally invasive techniques whenever possible.
